As the tagline said, FUT wants you to have better experience in adopting perfect size shoes which fit to your feet. Therefore, this Return and Exchange Policy is created to make you less worry in purchasing one of our pairs online.

Return and Exchange Policy: 

1. Return and Exchange policy lasts 2 days. If 2 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Make sure your returns are in good condition, unworn with the original tags attached and the original packaging; returned merchandise that does not satisfy these requirements may not qualify for an exchange.

4. Return confirmation can be done during FUT operational hours.
5. Please do not give rating before the solution provided is settled.
6. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and unboxing video. Without this requirements, exchange may not be processed.
7. Exchange may qualify to be processed if there is stock available in FUT.
8. Please return the merchandise 1x24 hours after your exchange confirmed. Send your returned merchandise in a safe packaging and attached the exchange form to FUT Shoes, Jl. Kemang I No.7, RT.11/RW.1, Bangka, Kec. Mampang Prpt., Kota Jakarta Selatan, Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta 12730.
9. The shipping fee from FUT to you is FREE, meanwhile you need to cover the shipping fee from you to FUT.
10. Exchange will be processed after proof of delivery receipt is accepted by FUT Customer Service and will be completed in 2x24 hours after returned merchandise is received by FUT.
